I just upgraded to the most recent version and now all of my material library settings are gone. In addition, my laser will frame but will not fire when I try to run the engraver. Help!
What version did you update from? That will help determine the best response.
Try loading a backup .lbprefs file from a time just before the time you did the update.
Hey Mike, thanks for the assistance. I think I’ve half figured it out. This version is using mm/min instead of mm/sec. My settings aren’t wiped. They’ve just been adjusted down. Is there a way to go back to mm/sec?
Sure, just open the Device Settings window and choose your preferred settings.
Pay particular attention to that switch at the bottom. It matters if you design in inches and cut in mm, or any other mix.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been sitting with a calculator trying to figure out what 10000 mm/sec is in mm/min. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to retrain my brain to divide everything by 60. Much appreciated my friend.
I did the same thing, for about 10 minutes. Then I spotted my units were wrong and went looking for the cause.
