I installed 2.1 and re-calibrated and re-aligned my camera. I think the new procedure is a definite improvement and worth your time to do it. I just have a couple of basic questions on the new layout. And yes, i read the latest documentation.
The old UI had a Show button to toggle the overlay on and off. The only way I can find to turn the overlay off now is to move the opacity slider all the way to the left. Did I miss something or is the the way it’s supposed to work now. If so, it kind of inconvenient and I have to remember to turn it up again when i update the overlay again. Knowing myself, I’ll be trying to figure out why the camera isn’t working until I remember to turn it up again.
I like to do alignments on different thicknesses of material to maintain the accuracy of the camera. Assuming that’s still necessary, when I do a new alignment i’m not getting a dialog that allows me to custom name the file. I guess I can go locate the file and rename it, but is there a better way to do this?
Minor issues on an otherwise great piece of software.
