why do i have 2 dots here and also it tried framing using lightburn but it doesnt even move. What should i do
Can you post your machine make/model, and Settings Mike.
Does the job appear ready to go on lightburn.
Has this just occurred after previously being all ok.
With machine ‘powered off’ can you observe any marks on the lense and is lense threaded in properly.
Has the module received any hard knocks.

Diode lasers are blue, but those dots are red. Is that from a laser pointer or some sort of focus system?

the machine is tag as ready in lightbun but when it doesnt frame or engrave when i click start
i have fiber laser
In the framing area, at the top is what outline you want it to use. Try them out, some don’t move the frame.
did all this but doesnt frame and if i start to engrave it just laser a point not a square
