What settings I can use to cut 3mm acrylic like butter.
What PSI?

This is impossible to answer. That is what the Lightburn Material Test is designed for. Use Line instead of Filled and increase your squares to about 25mm in size if your parts are large.
PSI? = enough to keep the smoke out of the nozzle. Too much and you will get blown plastic fibers.
Max Power? = 300w gives you plenty of range to test.
Min Power? = Not relevant, you are cutting. CO2 Min is typically 8% to 12%, depending on the tube.
Speed? = Fast, but not so fast the machine cannot reach the commanded speed.
300w is more than enough. The trick is getting your settings between melt and vaporize. Did I mention the Material Test?
