32 Bit Fiber, like a Mystery? Please help if you can

So here is the long story, because I don’t know how to shorten this long journey.
I bought a Fiber Laser from JN-Link in 2018. Apparently it came with a 32 bit computer for some reason. I have been trying and hoping to transition to Lightburn since I got it, and recently the 4th 32 bit computer bit the dust and I have been trying to get my laser to work on my 64bit laptop for over a week now (everytime I get a new 32bit desktop, I just replace the hard drive with the one that came with the machine and it works fine on EZCAD2). I will outline my hardware, then steps taken to facilitate this transition below:
Laser Source: Raycus Model #: RFL-P30Q/A3/1/115/2
Control Board: “Model:IPG Fiber QKI”

Steps taken:
Changed Internet Information Service to allow 32 bit programs
Installed Lightburn Trial Version
Followed all instructions as outlined in the tutorial Manual (Driver swap, etc, everything, line by line)
Searched for days possible fixes and implemented them to include: Installing Ubuntu, searching for alternate drivers, downloading EZCad2, swapping back drivers, factory reset the laptop, so I literally gave up and bought another 32bit desktop.
I would like to still transition, but here’s the issues I have been roadblocked by:
In windows, when I power on and plug in the laser control board, it recognizes a new device, and installs “USB Key”. Even after installing the Drivers from Lightburn. I deleted that driver, and installed EZCad2 drivers, same result. After install it shows “Generic USB” and when I try to manually update the drivers, it just says “Windows says this driver is the best” and I can’t change it. I tried the driver install technique (Zadig), still nothing. I installed Ubuntu, powered on my laptop, plugged it in, and it recognized “Generic Laser device”, at least this way on Lightburn it actually detected my laser as a “GRBL” laser, I imported my lib7 settings, and it shows connected, but cannot transfer any commands, then if I go and look at the connection, It says it’s not connected.
Here are my basic questions:
Do you think that the control board will only operate correctly as a 32bit?
Does anyone know a control board that I could get to run the Raycus model and then be 64bit compatable? (Or if that’s even possible)
Could the control board be propriatarialy connected to the hard drive with a key to only operate with that hard drive or software version??
Would I still be able to use Lightburn on the 32 bit system (Would rather be 64), if so, what functionality would I lose if any? (Other than being painfully slow)
Any help is appreciated, I am sure I left out a lot, but I will do my best to answer any questions or provide pictures. Thank you in advance, Al

I am not an IT-expert, but in my humble opinion it doesn’t matter, if your computer is 32- or 64 Bit.
The question is, whether you can find a suitable driver for your laser.

I’m 99% sure, no. The control board is absolutely independent of the operating system of the control PC. The only thing could be that the driver is not 64bit compatible, but I highly doubt that.

I think you just need to find the right driver type, and then you should be able to use it on any PC. The communication is the same, no matter which OS is used.

Gotcha. IPG seems like they sell a lot of things, I can’t find the controller card on their site, I’ll keep looking, Thanks.

Might try the machine itself… is this is?

It should work, I would think… Forget the 32/64 bit thing, that’s just the OS…

What 32bit thing? JK, so that seems like it would work and fix some of my other problems, and it isn’t a very expensive item. Thanks for that!! So one more question, should I get the DLC or LMC controller, or do you think it matters?? Thank you all so much!!

I guess I don’t know how 32 bit thing came from…

You lost me here, now I’m clueless.
