I would like to share my first laser cutting projekt “Christmas Ornament” … i know it is a long time to go, but i wanted to start with something simple.
It’s designed for 3 mm plywood. If you use other material, you have to adjust the “slots”. For a snug fitting you have to set the kerf correctly. Enjoy

Thanks… Testing this afternoon…
On my 10w S30 laser, a 3.0mm slot is a perfect fit with “0” kerf.
I also upped it from 2 ornaments to 5 on a 12"x12" board.
