Yesterday I was shown a small phone stand (purchased in Tenerife) it was made out of 3mm MDF or similar with a faux smooth beech wood finish to both sides, The laser engraving on it was pretty sharp, and it had cut well with smooth clean edges, obviously made for laser engraving and cutting. I’ve done some searching but can’t find anything on-line that resembles it, plenty with real veneers, but nothing with this faux finish. Any pointers or suggestions to where I might find it welcome. I’m based in the UK.
I know it’s too far from you, but there are many beautiful veneered MDF products.
