40W Co2 -- Will not Pulse [Help]

With the mirrors aligned the laser marks a lot better and not double. With the correct home corner now specified my images are right side up now. And correcting the workspace size keeps the gantry from banging the sides as it did. I consider this a success.

I do agree that the laser is on its last legs and needs replaced. I probably should replace it before i list it for sale. Someone might want to see it work first. (most Co2 lasers for sale near me have dust piled on them)

When the water flow switch arrives, wire it in series with the door switch and It Should Just Work™ again.

The last thing to adjust is the Scanning Offset Adjustment, because the lower-right image shows it’s badly off.

But, all in all, I’ve seen worse … on that very machine.
