40W XTool S1 Crosshair Offset Not Functioning

I have a 40W XTool S1. The laser offset works perfectly in their proprietary software.

I have tried several adjustments per the existing help files for Lightburn (e.g., Enable Pointer Offset and Entering Offset recommended by XTool, trying manual crosshairs method). The issue is that no matter what I do, the crosshairs never adjust.

I am using LightBurn version 2.1.02.

I uninstalled LightBurn software V2.1.02 and rolled back to V1.7.08. The problem still exists.

Can you give this device profile a try in 2.1.02?

You can install 2.1.02 alongside 1.7.08, just change the install directory to something that isn’t ‘/LightBurn’ in the install process.
