48 megapixel uvc camera is not supported (program freezes)

I purchased a 48-megapixel UVC-camera and saw that it was recognized by the program, but when I tried to calibrate it, the program stopped.

A few questions:

  1. What OS are you running?
  2. Are you able to use an external camera application and view a stream?
  3. How is the camera connected to the computer?
  4. What type of USB port are you connected to? Try on USB3 if not already
  5. If using Windows, make sure you’ve given camera and microphone access to Desktop applications including LightBurn
  6. What is the Camera Capture System setting in Edit->Settings if using Windows? Try toggling this between Custom and Default if the other remedies don’t work.
