50 Watt CO2 laser cutter/engraver from China blue and white laser

I just received the below machine.

It comes with it is own software RDWorks.And board number RDC6442S-B(EC)

I am wondering if my lightburn application is compatible with this device please.

Yes, LightBurn will work with that machine.

I have added it manually but it says communication error.
Please guide me

Did you install and run RDWorks, they provide a required driver? There is also the opportunity to install the driver at the end of the LightBurn install. Did you install that?

Yes I have install all required drivers.
I checked the device manager after connecting the two USB cables and everything fine.
I did not find anything under COM. I only found two UBS convertor.
Also, there is an Ethernet cable.

Please guide me how to add it to LightBurn
