Been using a ortur laser master two with lightburn a few months now with no problem. when I updated to version 9.19 from 9.18 i started getting a pop up that says (Transfer failed There was a problem sending data to the machine may be busy or paused.) When i hit RUN in lightburn. This is from my laptop. I did not take the 9.19 upgrade on my desktop running 9.18 version and the laser works prefect running the same job. need help getting version 9.19 working. Thanks.
You’ll generally only get that if the laser isn’t actually connected. Check the console to make sure it is, and if it’s not, you might need to select a COM port first.
