9 Point Calibration not correcting skew and bulge

Hello,

First off Im new to fiber lasers. I have a Monport GA 100watt mopa fiber laser, and im using lightburn as the software. The lens that it came with was a 175mm, and it engraves great. I bought a 150mm lens and watched all the videos step by step on how to do the 9 point lens calibration in light burn. After following the instructions and acurrately measuring all the points suggested with a caliper, it still has noticeable skey and bulge after fighting with this for 2 weeks. I even zeroed everything out, and cleared the COR file, but still, it always has noticeable bulge and skew. Am I missing something here? Also, I’m using very thin sheets of aluminum that I spray with black spray chalk, and it gives me nice crisp shiny lines to measure, but still the results still show bulge and skew. I thought the 9 point lens correction fixes this. I also made a duplicate profile, for the dedicated 150mm lens as suggested, just in case you were wondering. Any help is greatly appreciated.
