A40630 Laser not turning on

I’ve bought a new NEJE 3 pro wth a A40630. Lightburn controls the NEJE 3, but the laser doesn’t fire up. Using the ‘fire’ button in the software seems to start the fan up but no laser appears. I’m using a MacBook Pro with Lightburn as control. Anyone any clues - I’ve spent hours looking for answers but nothing works.

Interestingly, I’ve just used the basic NEJE 3 App to check everything and the laser turns on and burns. Everything in Lightburn is switched on as it should be, but the laser doesn’t switch on.

Sorry wrong machine.
Try click Devices > Import > Open the included Neje 3 Pro > OK.
