Will there be anyone from NEJE monitoring like the Ortur category?
We are expecting additional monitors, but we are not the one to schedule their frequency or time. That will be up to the nice folks @NEJE_Laser. 
Based on my very recent experience with NEJE DONT EXPECT THEM TO SHOW THEIR FACES HERE.
I purchased a Master 2S Max from them on Mar 9 2021 and it started having problems within weeks with the laser head. 45 days and less than 100 hrs on laser it quit. Long story short…They have ignored any contact. Don’t believe what they spray about customer service or even the reviews. They erased my comments.
