Posting to help others as ive noticed Longer lasers have unique command codes that can be tricky to find. Error Accel Sensor Triggered.

  1. Check that the engraving machine is placed on a stable desktop to avoid machine shaking during movement.
  2. Adjust the motion sensor trigger threshold. First run the Lightburn or LaserGrbl software, connect the engraving machine to the PC using USB, and then enter and send the $40=200 and $41=40 commands in the control command console to lower the sensor trigger threshold.
  3. If the motion sensor is always triggered at the beginning of engraving, it may be that the sensor is damaged. You can send the “$39=0” command in the Lightburn or LaserGrblk console to turn off the motion sensor function (if you want to turn it on again, please send the command “$39=1”).
