I’m rather new with Lightburn and this is likely a very obvious problem but I haven’t been able to figure it out myself.
I have a little design:
That I’m trying both with Fill and Offset.
With Fill, I get rather satisfactory results with the exception of the center wall of the petals as it can be seen in the following picture:
After seeing some videos and reading some documentation it seemed obvious that I had to try offset, but I get the most ackward result:
Where the center of each “island” seems deeper and then it had less depth as it gets close to the boders following the toolpath shape.
The material is casted black acrylic and the machine a 1.6w Snapmaker A350. I’m using 300mm/m 70%.
What could be the cause?
