Any tips for getting a nice edge on acrylic. Mine have vertical lines on just wondering what I am doing wrong.

Biggest quality improvement for me was virtually zero air blast. just enough to ripple the surface of a cup of water. Then don’t run too fast. The combo seems to have the “Flamed edge” effect that you want.
