Is the s30 compatible with cutting clear acrylic?
No, not with a diode laser that I have found. Have tried coating it with black paint etc. but no joy.
Can unsuccessfully engrave it, but never close to cutting.
Dark acrylic’s will ‘cut’

merci Mooseuk, j’ai également une co2 80w, mais elle n’est pas encore bien règlée en finesse. Croyez-vous que cela fonctionnera mieux avec cette co2?

Absolutely, I don’t have a co2, but they are fantastic for cutting and engraving acrylic.
There are many You Tube video’s out there that will help you.

Laser cutting acrylic can create smoke, vapor and other products that are very flammable. When cutting acrylic be certain that you will be present at all times and have a CO2 Fire extinguisher on hand.
I can not emphasize this enough.
