Activation Key Issue

I purchased a key yesterday. It said it would be about 10 minutes to recieve one.
I have never recieved a key and I have contacted support hours ago.
Can someone please help me as I need this working again

Looking into our systems, I find the order completed and key was sent to the address provided without bounce. Please search all mail for ‘LightBurn License Key’ and check all spam / promotion folders as the message can sometimes land there.

Did you look in the License portal link at the top of the Lightburn forum page?
