Activation Limit Reached - Use New computer

I am having the same issue, i keep getting the “activation limit is reached”.

I downloaded the trial, entered in the serial number that was emailed to me, and keep getting that message, i went to the web portal where you can see licenses, and the one i renewed is not showing, yet i have the receipt for it. HELP please.
