2" x 4" in Lightburn comes out as 2-3/8" x 4-3/4". How can I fix this?
have you checked the axis calibration. what controller are you using?

However, a CO₂ laser with a Ruida controller typically has good axis calibrations.
Does the layer have a rather large Offset in effect, perhaps inadvertently?
Telling us a bit more about what’s going on will help:
- Is this a new machine, new to you, or a homebrew?
- Did it ever work correctly?
- Is the mismatch on a
Linelayer or aFilllayer?
Uploading the offending lbrn2 file will let us take a look at the settings and perhaps uncover other issues.
