Add DSP to Gcode license

Currently I have a Core/Gcode license for my xTool D1 Pro. I’ve recently purchased a Nova Plus 24 (DSP-based) and it’s on its way in shipping. Thunder includes a Lightburn license with purchase - but in the meantime I’m trying to import Thunder’s “Lightburn Mock Device Profile” and was reminded I needed the proper Lightburn DSP license or a trial (open) license to do the import.

How should I procede? Do I just wait for the shipment inclusive of new license file? Or is there a means to accomodate my wanting to play around with the new settings while awaiting shipment?

Will I still be able to use my Gcode device with the new DSP license?

Write directly to support@lightburnsoftware.com, I’m sure they will find an uncomplicated solution for you.

The only difference is what you’re allowed. If the DSP is accompanied by a Lightburn license, you might have already paid for it.

In that’s the case contacting, support as @bernd.dk suggested might be a good tact.
