Hi all. hope someone can answer this. been learning lots over the days since receiving my laser cutter but i’ve forgotten how to add text to a design, for ref only but don’t want it it burned or engraved
Put it in a layer with no output.
Put the text on either of the Tool layers: T1 or T2.
You put longer comments in the Project Notes attached to each file, shown by Edit → Show Notes. There’s an option to show those notes every time you open the file, which is a good way to remind yourself (and others) of any special setup requirements.
I think you mean File Show Notes.
