Is it possible to add more macro buttons in the console window? Documentation shows Macro0-Macro5 and I have not found a way to add more rows of buttons.

In the Feature Suggestions page it has already been requested, add vote, more votes sooner it will be looked at to add.
Specifically, it appears the specific suggestion to which you may want to add your vote is: have more macro buttons
Macros are Profile linked
So as a potential work around you could have 2x sets of 6 By duplicating your Machine profile
