Adding New Laser doesn't respond properly

I had a XTool D-1 Laser which was working fine with Lightburn. I added a new laser the K1 Max by laser tree and Lightburn recognized the laser. I can get the laser to home and fire and jog but that’s about it. If I try to frame a square in the center of the grid it will frame something just off the home spot. If I fire the laser then shut it off it will stay on for a lengthy time before it shuts off. I am not getting any warning signs the Laser just doesn’t want to do anything

Any help would be appreciated

This one is important. Are you controlling it with a program, or manually turning it on and off with Lightburn settings? If turning it off, how are you doing that?

Laser Tree is a diode laser with a GRBL controller. If the Device is properly set up, it should be almost plug and play. Is your device type GRBL (with no extensions), or something else?

Mike thanks for the reply I re-downloaded GBL and identified my laser and things seem to ok at present must have been a glitch the first time
