I have installed the SHX fonts into my ~/.local/share/fonts directory…
However I cannot point Lightburn there. Doesn’t seem to like the path name.
Is there a problem with the ‘dot’ in the path?
Moved it to my root, works fine there…

Just me thinking methodically- why don’t you put them in the same place as all the Lightburn preferences. Go to “File> Open preferences folder” to find its location, then make a folder called SHX fonts and put them there. The security of the files system should allow that.
I have also made a prefix as an L to the font names so that all the single line fonts sort in the same group and are easy to iidentify. For example: L-exthalf2.shx.
