Oh happy day. While trying to diagnose other problems with my used Chinese blue/white 50 watt CO2 laser, I just found out the belt that raises and lowers the bed is shot. Quite literally hanging on by a thread.
So, that brings me to a couple of questions - 1) Where can I find a new belt? Amazon and Google have been no help (or I’m not searching right). Because it’s a closed belt, I can’t seem to find one with the right dimensions. Everything that comes up is for the X/Y-axis or is open ended. As best I can tell, it’s about 15mm thick and ~105" (2,667mm) long. 2) Does anyone know of an instructional video/web page that explains how to get the belt off and the new one on?
