Is it possible to set these so that they can be adjusted individually instead of affecting each other?

Yes, speed and power can be adjusted (on diode machines…GRBL controllers)
Under the MOVE window when the laser is burning.

unfortunately I have the Swedish language installed
Some of the times, when I adjust one it moves the other. Just hit the reset button (in the middle) and try again.

No. Or better to speak, only one of them can be changed individually (I think it was the speed). The other changes both, which is not a limitation of LightBurn, but of the firmware. We discussed this some time ago, there is nothing LB can do about it.
