AENBUSLM 80W with integrated air assist

I am looking at trying the Aenbuslm 80w (10watt output) laser with the built in carriage air assist.

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them?

I have some 12 vdc micro air systems that I could adapt and try on my 5 watt units to see how it does being onboard

I think it´s not a good option because the air assist will suck the debris from laser cut jobs and clog the lens.

I have the 40W version and I added (yes added, not replaced) to the very weak air assist that comes with the unit giving it a LOT of air (when wanted) and it works great with only 5 watts output.

thanks, i was wondering how much air output they had

I keep my thoughts on this.

I have since upgraded the head to an 80w unit. This simplified the air system as I left off the whimpy air pump from Aenbuslm and simply connected the hose from my most excellent air pump to it. This required a 90deg elbow so the hose didn’t interfere. If you have one of the 20 or 40 watt units you can successfully upgrade to the 80w and it works great. See how I did it on the Facebook Aenbuslm group:

I cannot get Lightburn to recognize my Aenbuslm 80W. Any help would be appreciated.
