After 3 hours on phone with Gweike support, could use help with Gweike Cloud Pro II rotary/roller

I spent until 1am on whatsapp with gweike support. Honestly, the support person was very helpful in getting me up and running. But there was one thing he wasnt able to fix.

With the machine set to plane, a 50 x 10mm square engraves at 50 x 10mm.

With the rotary plugged in, a 50 x 10mm square engraves at 45 x 10mm.

He had me try with rotary turned on, rotary turned off, steps per rotation, roller diameter, larger object diameter, smaller object diameter.

I actually felt in the end he was just searching at anything on google, because he was asking me to change settings that didnt exist on their own machine. It wasnt his fault, he was just a frustrated as I at that point.

We ended up leaving at him having to communicate with his motherboard engineer.

And i went to bed and went to work after 3 hours of sleep.

Has anyone else had this issue of it engraving shorter than it is supposed to with a rotary or roller?

It was also interesting because in all of the posts I found on rollers for that machine (including the video on youtube by buster beagle) it was said to not turn on the rotary function on lightburn. But the Support at Gweike said i must.

A little help here please?
