Need a lot more info to be able to help. What exactly doesn’t work? Will the laser fire with the fire button, will it move side to side but the rotary doesn’t turn? How did you connect the rotary and what software settings did you change? If you remove the rotary does it work properly? Did this laser ever work properly?

Please post a screenshot of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and the Cuts/Layers Panel and Laser Panel visible. Also post a screenshot of the Settings Window (Gears icon) with the Units and Grids tab visible and post a screenshot of the Device Settings Window (Wrench and Screwdriver icon).
