Air assist for twotrees TS3. Home made due to shipping charges

Not exactly a finished creation yet, but in the works.
Story goes…
Twotrees finally came out with air assist for my TS3. Didn’t need there small compressor so I just wanted the parts. Ok great, add to cart. Total came to $15 US. Put in my address and WOW add $50 US for shipping to Canada!!! Thats around $100 Canadian.
So, found a couple of dimensions on the site and set out to make one.
Fired up my cad program (catia, just a little overkill) and sent the file to my 3d printer.
Now I just have to remember where I put my 3mm brass tube and get some silicone tubing.

Hey I know it’s been a while but by chance you wouldn’t happen to have that stl or design still. Got my hands on one of these machines and have an air assist pump but don’t have the piece to go on the laser head

I looked for the file and can’t find it. I never did get it working.

Gotcha ok, I actually ended up making a design that worked out for me that slips over the laser it self. Thank You for checking

Can you send me a picture of yours? Got my curiosity up now.

Very basic but it works great for what I needed.

Looks good. I may have to rethink if I need air or not.
