I have a Longer B1 40W. I updated the lightburn software to the new version. Since this update my air assist is no longer working. i already checked all settings. The air assist is turned on, but it is not working.
Install the previous version of Lightburn. Does the air assist now work? If not, the air assist pump is bad or the cable to it came loose.
