I have the Creality Falcon A1 10w with automatic air assist, the air assist work perfect on Falcon Design, however, it wont work on Lightburn pro 2.0.05, it works when engraving but then stops when it cycles over to cutting. The air assist has been selected on the cutting line.

- I know this is backwards, but what happens if the Cut layer is first?
- Make a simple small box (maybe 5mm). Make 2 of them aligned on different layers. Set the first layer to fill. Set the second layer to cut. Settings are not important here. Now use the Save GCode button to save it with a .txt extension. Attach that file to your reply with the answer to #1 above..
This will allow us to see the actual GCode being sent to the Creality.

At present, firmware version 1.0.7 does not appear to be publicly listed on Creality’s website for the Falcon A1. I suggest you contact Creality directly for clarification, as it’s not clear to me whether the early patched firmware shared here with some users was intended for public distribution.

Thanks for the advice, however, I will be away fir a couple of weeks over the christmas period but i will do this when I’m back home.

Hi, I’ve managed to carry out some investigation work myself and what I have found is that if I set a value in the start pause time or end pause time in m/s under advanced in the cut settings editor I get the problem. I tried swapping the priority of layers as you requested and the pump cuts out after first cut, I went into the cut settings editor and into advanced and put zero in both start and end pause time and deselected cut through on both and it worked perfect, every cut was fine. I then selected cut through on both and again was perfect, then added 10m/s to start pause time and failed after first cut, carried out same test with end pause time and again failed after first cut, set start and end times back to zero and perfect.
