"Air" feature in Cut/Layers dialogue box?

Hey all. I’ve tried searching to find info, but I’m not having any luck.

Does anyone know what the new “air” feature tab is for in the Cuts/Layers dialogue box? I noticed it today when I upgraded to V9.21. Thanks!

If you have a controller-controlled air assist, it turns it on.
