Aiuto per l'incisione di una foto

Ciao a tutti, non riesco ad incidere una foto, finché faccio delle scritte tutto ok, ma quando provo ad incidere una foto su legno diventa una tragedia, ho fatto molte prove ma sempre con pessimi risultati.
potete aiutarmi passo passo, su come procedere?
Ho guardato dei tutorial su YouTube ma non riesco lo stesso ad ottenere buoni risultati
