Alarm:11 goes off just as I hit start. Any solution? LightBurn alarms only go to #10.
Also my machine (Gluwphy 20w) will not go home. It goes all the way to the right and throws Alarm 8&9. Any fixes?

Let’s start with some basic info. Is this a new machine or a new problem that just started? Does the machine have limit switches and if so what corners are they?
This is a brand new machine. It does have limit switches - front top left, front top right, bottom right rear, bottom right front. They all click and are not stuck or pressed.
My apologies. There is not one on the bottom left front. It is on the bottom right front. There are 2 on the same rail. Front and back bottom on right hand side.
It sounds like you have 4 switches, so Home can be any corner. The suggested corner is the left front, but your manufacturer may have chosen a different one.
It also sounds like your GRBL parameters are not configured properly. Reach out to the manufacturer to see if they will provide a list.
Alarm 11 is not defined, so the manufacturer is free to have it mean anything they want. This is another question you should ask them.
NOTE: If that was my machine and it was not configured to run, I would send it back and choose another brand.
I have contacted them. We shall see what they say or if they respond. What machine do you have?
Hi @Cin_dlu Would be very interested to hear what Gluwphy say.
Alarm 11 isn’t a standard GRBL alarm — this appears to be coming from Gluwphy’s firmware. I’ve seen this coincide with homing failures that would normally present as Alarm 8 or 9 in stock GRBL. The fix path is checking the limit switches, homing direction, and settings — not LightBurn itself.
We are several days in now, with no response. I will let you know. I will more than likely be returning this product.
I will be looking for a replacement if someone knows a good and reliable, as well as, reasonably priced, please let me know.
Thanks to everyone for helping.
I have all Sculpfun machines, S30 Pro (10w), SF-A9 40w/20w, and the iCube Pro Max (10w). All of them have Air Assist.
You might look at the S30 Pro Max (20w) with Air Assist. It costs more than the Gluwphy you selected, but it would be worth the extra.
Thank u very much for your input on a machine.
Never head from manufacture. I have now went with a icube pro max. I am going to work my way to a bigger machine.
