This is the only problem message I see. Make sure you meet these conditions: Always home at the start of every session Use jogging controls exclusively to move the laser. Do not move the laser head by hand Do not ignore any warning messages from LightBurn If you do so, you should never get the alarm message. Additionally, I’d suggest you use Absolute Coords as the Start From mode in Laser window until you get very familiar with the machine and LightBurn. It’s the most straightforward mode …

Additionally, I’d suggest you update your firmware as the version you’re running has known issues.

I’m not following. The linked posts should help you address the ALARM:2 scenario. This isn’t about homing.
