My Creality Falcon 2 that I had for 35 days is not working. Alarm 3 and Alarm 8. Laser will not move.
Check and make sure laser is tripping your homing switches.

a) does your machine even attempt to home?
b) can you double check your power adapter is actually getting Mains power?
c) sounds like you have 2 problems and i suspect both replated to power
Alarm 8 = homing related
Alarm 3 = controller crashing
thinks. you might want to recheck the power source
Also homing how does it sound if machine even attempts to move
lastly, belts all correct and tightened
