I would do this
Reach laser cable, unplug it from the laser head
Once done, run the very same project
Will it do all the motions without error - wont engrave granted
IF no error =12v power adapter might be faulty
IF error = Can you send a image of your machine so i can put some eyes on it?
This is most likely a wiring issue. I found this Alarm 3 description on another site: “The Estop was hit! Same as a hard limit, just a different button – look at details above for Alarm 1”. As an electronics tech, I would check the wiring (wiggle while a program is running, laser off) and see if it triggers the alarm. I don’t trust the computer to stop fast enough, so my E-Stop is wired N.C in the power feed to the CNC. I mean, it is an EMERGENCY, right?
