I have a replacement machine that longer sent due to alarm 3 issues I got new machine and did 20
Engraves yesterday and day before now today all I’m getting is alarm 3 issues again idk what’s going on. I have replaced the cable cleaned lense.
Did they send you a new power supply and a new USB cable?
Alarm 3 is technically an ABORT_CYCLE or “Reset while in motion” error. Anything that can interrupt the power or the data stream can trigger this alarm. What you did not get new is suspect. This includes any power cords and wall outlets. Even a drop in the powerline voltage at the wall can do it. It could even be a faulty USB socket on the PC.
