Alarm 3 on Engraving TS2 Twotrees

I just to install my Twotrees TS2, but I have an error at the first test !!!

On Startup, I can see in the console window:

I start to engrave (a rectangle 420x420mm Line mode 6000mm/min-40%)

(From the 0 position, the laser engraves on left Y axis, then X axis, then right Axis, then stop with the following error!!!)

Reset on the move. Grbl cannot guarantee position. Lost steps are likely. A new autoguidance is strongly recommended.

Alarm 3 ar tricky
Try this for diagnostics
Unplug your laser head cable from the laser head
Run the same project, in absolute coordenates
WIll it finish - without errors - all motions?
