Alarm 3 when fill mode is used

Hello everyone,

I have a Ortur Lasermaster 15W diode laser engraver.
So far I had no real problems with it but now I’m running into an issue that I can’t solve myself.
The engraving area of this mashine is 160x150mm. I want to mount the engraver to a wooden plate and engrave the working area with a 10mm raster so it would be easier for me to position things.
Additionally I placed so numbers 5,10,15 inside the working area.
I’m able to engrave the outside of the workingarea, but when it comes to the numbers inside the working area the laser stops and im getting the alarm 3 message. I found this post Consistent Alarm 3 but its not helping me because I thing my borders are sett correctly. I can engrave the outlines. so that should fit… right?
The program started to engrave number 15 first and this is the number furthes away from the center.
I figured out that Lightburn can engrave the numbers when the mode of the layer is set to line, but with line+fill, I’m getting the Alarm 3.

No, not really - you have overscan enabled for this, so the fill moves travel outside the outline. If you have the numbers placed very close to the sides of the machine, this could be the problem.
