Alarm 9 no homing. Need Help Please!

Are you sure you are getting 12v from the power supply to your controller? Most common issue to cause this is having the controller plugged into USB (5V) but not having 12v available to it. The brains run on 5v, the motors run on the 12v. In laymans terms - If the 12v power supply is not working the brains tell the motors to move to home but the motors do not follow commands, eventually the brains get tired of waiting for the homing switch to be activated and gives this alarm code.

Try unplugging the USB and see if the board powers up when you plug in the 12v power supply.
