I have connected my engraver via the printer cable. Light burn can see the Longer Ray 5 20w engraver and adjust the laser to home but, when it’s time to print I get this message…

Can you confirm the following:

1. Your machine goes through a homing cycle when turned on
2. You are homing your machine at the start of every session
3. Once homed, you are not moving the laser head by hand. Meaning you are using the jogging controls exclusively to control the machine once homed.

If not, I’d suggest following those conditions.

If you are, then it’s possible you have a misconfiguration in the laser. In that case, run these commands in Console and return the full output:
