Hi im new to all this, i ran the lazer once, it seemed to work, then it stopped working. It says busy, it goes to home when powered. However, when i push start it goes right to busy 100%. It states alarm 2 line 4 reset to start.
ALARM:2 means you tried to send the laser out of its working area, and it stopped instead of slamming into the rails. With Ortur users, this is almost always caused by using a ‘Start From’ setting other than ‘Absolute Coords’ without understanding what that means.
