Looking for anybody to give me some guidance or advice
Been using my fiber, laser for months without issue I have config file files that came from the manufacturer, and it has been flawless
Upgraded to 2.0 and now when I try to do a rectangle, it doesn’t quite lineup right on one edge, but the other edge is fine
I have cleared out core files and gone through the nine step calibration test twice and it didn’t fix it
I reloaded the config files from the manufacturer and with their help I did a little bit of adjustment to the X axis trapezoid and Y axis trapezoid, and it still just will not work as it should
With just a piece of paper on the work plane, I drew 100 mm² and as you can see from the picture, I got 99.89 it was spaced equally there, but then I immediately put the jig on and you can see it’s not lined up and I checked from the edge of the jig to the edge of the work plane and it’s equal distance on both of them and I’ve used this jig plenty of times before so I know it works fine
They told me it has to be a light burn issue and I’m struggling with what can be adjusted done in light burn, but it did happen after the upgrade so something there has to be amiss
Like everyone, I’m trying to get your end Christmas presents done and I’m in deep trouble right now wondering if anybody can help me get it figured out
