Altmill & Otp Lasers PLH3D-XT8 : laser does not shot

Hello everyone, I just got an Altmill CNC and added a PH3D-XT8 laser. I spent a whole day trying to make it work, but to no avail. I can’t trigger it with the test button in the move menu, and when I launch a program, the CNC moves but the laser does nothing regardless of the power.
Your help is really welcome because I am desperate to find a solution.
If any of you have the same equipment, I would be happy to see the parameters you use.

Is your Altmill spindle speed controlled by the controller board or by a separate variable speed controller.

The laser requires a PWM signal from the CNC controller board.
