Any Flexi signs users that also use light burn?

I can not import any type of file? Even ones I have converted to outlines. Made into dxf files etc? They don’t error like PDF etc but they also don’t import anything? I am new to laser world so forgive my Ignorance. I am very proficient in flexi signs

I’m not familiar with Flexi but a search reveals several potential file formats that should work. It sounds like you’ve tried some of these.

In order of preference here is a list of the vector formats that are worth trying:

1. AI/PDF
2. DXF
3. HPGL

You mentioned PDF erroring out. What happened with this?

Are you able to upload samples of AI or PDF and DXF for review? Note that you may need to add a .txt extension to the file in order to be able to upload the file.
